  I always order from them, mostly delivery as I am at work so frequently. The delivery guy is always the same guy. He is extremely rude. The past several times I have ordered from here they have gotten my order wrong. After calling them, I still get ripped off. Charging me for a large pizza when I ordered a large sub, but not giving me a refund. I give up trying to give them business when they are so rude.

  When I went it was very busy and took a while to get it food, but it was great food. Everyone was happy with their orders, the service was friendly. The sub shop half of the place has the feel of your normal, family sub shop with some places to sit but mostly a take out atmosphere. Overall a great place to get lunch.

  My company moved into the area and just about everyone started getting lunch at Littleton Sub Shoppe. Needless to say, almost no one in my company orders there anymore just a few months later. They would come to our office to deliver but if there was no one at the front desk they would leave the food on the floor and leave. Most of the time they wouldn't even ask for a name so they had no clue in the office who ordered and our office person would have to walk around to try and find who ordered. Their food is sub-par, their staff is rude. We're happy that Bravos, the pizza place by our old office location in Boxborough, will deliver to our new place in Littleton.
